Refunds: A refund will be given for extenuating circumstances. A transferable credit is applied to your account if you can no longer make your camp session to be used in the 2024 season. In the event that camp spot cannot be utilized/ you need to change camp dates or cancel all refunds are issued as credit that can be used towards other services administrative fees apply. Regular Pricing Cancellation within: 14 Days of session start date: n/a 15 – 30 Days of session start: 50% credit Greater than 30 days 75% credit Early Bird Refunds As early bird sessions are sold at a discounted rate and spots are sold well in advance of summer, cancellations closer to the camp start date are difficult to fill. We do not offer refunds for early bird purchases of camp. Instead, a transferable 50% credit is issued for more than 30 days notice for early bird cancellation to be used on services in the 2024 season Session transfer fee: $25.00 Rain Days: Please note we attempt to run camp in light rain. If there is inclement weather, and Muskoka Wake cancels the camp session in entirety for the day a $50 credit will be applied to your account to be used within the 2024 season.
