Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is for the sole purpose of holding our customers accountable to their bookings. It has been put in place to minimize the opportunity and fixed cost losses, which arise from last minute, unwarranted cancellations.
We send out a confirmation email three before your scheduled session. The information below is outlined in the confirmation email.
If your booking is Monday-Thursday: 72 Hour Policy
Any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to 50% of the total cost of the lesson, including HST, and charged to the card held on file.
If your booking is Monday-Thursday: 48 Hour Policy
Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to 100% of the total cost of the lesson, including HST, and charged to the credit card on file.
If your booking is Friday-Sunday: 72 Hour Policy
Any cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to 100% of the total cost of the lesson, including HST, and charged to the credit card on file.
