About the job:
Spend your workdays coaching families and kids on 2024 Nautique boats at their cottages and across our kids’ camps.
Responsibilities:
Coaching clients of all ages and skill levels in private group settings and for surf/wakeboard camps
Daily opening and closing duties
Driving and docking boats
Driving and docking jetskis (flyboarding lessons)
Requirements:
WSWC NCCP Level 1 Wakeboard and Waterski Instructors Certification (can be acquired in May/ June 2024)
Valid Boater’s License
Valid Driver’s License
Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification Level C (as it is a prerequisite for the WSWC course) to be acquired before start date
Experience or willing to learn wakeboarding/wakesurfing/waterskiing
Experience or willing to learn instructing watersports OR experience coaching another sport/ activity

About the job:
The administrative assistant/booking coordinator will take care of various office responsibilities and book/ upsell the Muskoka Wake Program including but not limited to: lessons, kids’ camp programming, equipment and rentals as well as events. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones and emails to provide information and assist inquirers in the booking process
Monitoring bookings that are made online, and scheduling call-in bookings
Sending confirmation emails ahead of customers’ lessons
Sending follow-up emails after customers’ lessons
Assisting with running social media and review pages
Upsell products and services
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

Promoting and facilitating the sale of Lift E-Foils
Answering phones and emails to provide information and assist clients with their purchase, booking lessons, demo appointments
Providing top-tier customer service to storefront patrons
Planning and executing promotional events
Managing, scheduling E-Foil and Flyboarding team members for lessons and demos
Requirements:

Currently enrolled or completed post secondary education
Must be 21+ years old

The photographer/videographer will attend lessons, camps, and events to take photos and videos, and create promotional assets for Muskoka Wake. The employee will get to spend shooting days on top-tier boats on the waters of Muskoka, while networking with our high-end clientele. We are searching for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Shooting and editing photos and videos for Muskoka Wake to use as promotional material on our website, social media, email marketing, etc.
Requirements:
Photo/video shooting and editing experience
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in sports photography is preferred
Driver’s license/access to a personal vehicle is preferred
