About the job:

Spend your workdays coaching families and kids on 2026 Nautique boats at their cottages and across our kids’ camps.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching clients of all ages and skill levels in private group settings and for surf/wakeboard camps     

  • Daily opening and closing duties

  • Driving and docking boats

  • Driving and docking jetskis (flyboarding lessons)

Requirements:

  • WSWC NCCP Level 1 Wakeboard and Waterski Instructors Certification (can be acquired in May/ June 2026)

  • Valid Boater’s License 

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Emergency First Aid and CPR Certification Level C (as it is a prerequisite for the WSWC course) to be acquired before start date

  • Experience or willing to learn wakeboarding/wakesurfing/waterskiing

  • Experience or willing to learn instructing watersports OR experience coaching another sport/ activity

About the job:

The administrative assistant/booking coordinator will take care of various office responsibilities and book/ upsell the Muskoka Wake Program including but not limited to: lessons, kids’ camp programming, equipment and rentals as well as events. We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Client Service: Provide outstanding service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring positive client experiences.
  • Booking Management: Oversee bookings and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Client Communication: Send confirmation and follow-up communications to keep clients informed and prepared.
  • Content Creation: Manage and create social media content to boost engagement and promote our brand.

The photographer/videographer will attend lessons, camps, and events to take photos and videos, and create promotional assets for Muskoka Wake. The employee will get to spend shooting days on top-tier boats on the waters of Muskoka, while networking with our high-end clientele. We are searching for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Shooting and editing photos and videos for Muskoka Wake to use as promotional material on our website, social media, email marketing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Photo/video shooting and editing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Action sports photography/videography experience preferred
  • Drone experience preferred

Operations Manager — Full-Time Seasonal (Summer 2026)

About the Job

Spend your summer helping lead the daily operations of Muskoka Wake — supporting instructors, managing logistics, and keeping our fleet and equipment running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each day on the water runs safely, efficiently, and with the high standard of service Muskoka Wake is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations across Muskoka Wake programs (Kids Camps, Cottage Clinics, Private Lessons, Flyboard, and E-Foil)

  • Tow and launch boats to and from partner marinas

  • Deliver, set up, and retrieve equipment (boards, lifejackets, gear, signage, etc.)

  • Maintain, clean, and prepare boats, trailers, and vehicles for daily use

  • Support troubleshooting and minor repairs for boats and equipment

  • Track and report maintenance needs or operational issues

  • Support staff logistics, training days, and site setups

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Experience towing and backing up trailers

  • Valid Boater’s License (Pleasure Craft Operator Card)

  • Comfort operating boats and jetskis (training provided if needed)

  • Ability to lift and transport equipment (boards, fuel tanks, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Previous experience in operations, marina work, boating, or watersports is an asset
